Optimum Performance Network, LLC ("OPN," "we," "us") collects only what we need to give you your assessment results, hold a conversation with you, and stay in touch if you want us to. We do not sell your information.
This policy covers the Leadership Alignment Assessment, debrief call bookings, The Cenacle Council (including its member app), our emails (including The Driveway Letters), and youropn.com.
We collect what you give us, plus basic technical data when you use our pages.
The assessment asks personal questions, including about family, faith, and pressure. Answer only what you are comfortable sharing. Some answers, such as those about your faith, may count as sensitive personal information. By taking the assessment, you consent to us collecting and using those answers as described here, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Only Brian Marshall and John Gezik see your individual answers. We never publish them or share them with other participants. In The Cenacle Council, what a member shares in a group session stays in the room: every member agrees to keep it confidential. What you type into the member app is for you alone. We do not save it and cannot see it.
We share your information only with companies that run the tools we use, and only so they can provide those tools to us. They are not allowed to use it for their own marketing.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business. If that ever happens, this policy still applies to the information you gave us.
After you take the assessment or book a call, we may email you about your results and related next steps. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by replying and asking us to stop.
Call confirmations and reminders are sent as long as you have a call booked, even if you unsubscribe from other emails.
Text messages. If you opt in, we may text you about calls you book, reminders, and updates related to our programs. We text only people who have given consent, and consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. The only companies that handle it are the service providers that deliver our messages.
We keep your information while we have a relationship with you, and delete it on request unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights depending on where you live. Some states and countries give you additional rights, such as knowing what we hold about you, getting a copy, correcting or deleting it, limiting how sensitive information is used, or opting out of certain processing. We honor these requests from anyone, wherever you live. Email us and we'll verify your request and respond within the time your law requires. If we decline a request, you can ask us to reconsider.
