AI for business owners

Stop operating your business. Start conducting it.

Let AI carry the busywork and get back the time, energy, and headspace your family misses. The OPN team sets it up with you and your people.

Sound familiar?

Good at the work. Gone from the house.

You love the work only you can do. The client meeting. The deal. The hard call.

Everything around it drains you. The prep. The follow-up. The 9 p.m. inbox. The Saturday admin.

Energized by the meeting. Drained by everything around it.

So you're present nowhere. Behind at the office. Distracted at home.

Your best goes to work because work keeps score and home doesn't. At home, nobody tells you that you were present tonight.

Operator → Conductor

A conductor doesn't play every instrument.

An operator plays every part. A conductor knows the music, leads the orchestra, sets the tempo, and owns the performance.

1

Know the music

Name your two jobs: what only you can do. Everything else (email, admin, follow-up) supports them or steals from them. Point AI at what steals.

Finish this: "This business exists so that ______." You built it to serve your life. Now your life serves it.

2

Lead the orchestra

You direct. AI plays. You own the result. The test never changes: would you sign your name on this?

AI won't fix a control problem. Rewriting your team's work at 10 p.m., faster, is still doing it yourself.

3

Set the tempo

AI should protect your attention, not compete for it. Focus time. Set email windows. Home hours that stay home.

AI can hold the interruptions, not the part of you listening for them. That's what your family competes with, not your phone.

A day, conducted

When AI carries the grind.

Before anyone needs you: time to think, pray, and plan.

Before every meeting: a brief in seconds, down to the personal detail you'd hate to forget.

In the meeting: you're fully present. AI takes the notes.

After the meeting: notes filed, tasks assigned, follow-up drafted in your voice. You review and send.

Through the day: replies drafted from your records, awaiting your yes.

End of day: one brief, every loop closed.

Then you go home. Head included.

Two fundamentals

The tools change. The fundamentals don't.

New AI tools arrive monthly. Don't chase them. These two fundamentals work on any platform.

The SCORE Method

Situation: give AI full context. Character: tell it who to be. Open the floor: let it ask questions first. Request: one clear task. Edit and own: finish it and sign your name to it. (Adapted from Geoff Woods's CRIT framework.)

30-40-30

First 30%: you direct. Middle 40%: AI does the grind. Last 30%: you finish it and sign your name to it.

Life at home, too

A little less to carry in your head.

It works at home too: bills, renewals, appointments, upkeep, birthdays, date night with dinner booked. Saturday becomes thirty minutes of decisions, then it's yours.

It can book the table, not keep date night from becoming a calendar meeting. She doesn't need another reminder system. She needs you carrying the list with her.

What nobody selling AI will tell you

Time back isn't the prize. You are.

Plenty of men clear two hours a day and fill them by Friday. Time back isn't time home.

Some busy was real. Some was cover, the one excuse nobody questions. Without it, an open evening can feel less like rest than exposure. The inbox was a door out of the room.

The edge you bring home isn't always fatigue. Sometimes you didn't run out. You stored it.

The real return is room: to notice, to want to stop for flowers on the way home. What he does with it depends on the man.

Clearing the noise doesn't fix the man. It shows you him.

So AI is only part of our work. We help you clear the noise, then face what it covered.

"Martha, Martha, you are worried and upset about many things, but few things are needed, or indeed only one." Luke 10:41–42

How we help

Start with one workflow. Not ten.

The OPN team works with you, your leaders, or your whole company.

1

Start

The conductor mindset, the SCORE Method, and 30-40-30. Train one AI on your business, voice, and clients. Talk, don't type.

2

Connect

Link it to the tools you already use: CRM, email, calendar, files, tasks, team chat, a meeting note taker.

3

Automate

Workflows that run themselves: meeting prep and wrap-up, daily briefs, team follow-up. It does the legwork. You make the calls.

On the call, we'll find the workflow stealing most from your two jobs, and what's underneath it.

Use AI to be more human, not less. Same man. Every room.
